Sheila Martindale moved to Victoria in 2009, having lived in England, Montreal, London (Ontario) and Calgary. She has had a long career as editor, columnist, broadcast journalist, and occasional teacher. Here, There, and Somewhere Beyond is her ninth book of poetry.
